Lassen-Applegate Emigrant Trail Ride

Three days from Surprise Valley, California to Mill City, Nevada. Registration opens after our September meeting.

Friday, June 11

  1. 4:00 pmDepart from Cedarville Rabbit Traxx gas station, heading towards Stevens Camp.
  2. 6:00 pmArrive at Stevens Camp. Dinner is provided.

Saturday, June 12

  1. 7:00 amCamp breakdown. Breakfast is provided.
  2. 9:00 amPrompt departure from Stevens Camp and start of guided Emigrant Trail Ride traversing the Lassen-Applegate Emigrant Trail towards Black Rock Desert north of Gerlach, NV.
  3. 12:00 pmSack lunch, snacks and water provided.
  4. 5:00 pmArrive at camp between 5 pm and 7 pm. Dinner is provided.
  5. 6:00 pmCamp setup when able.

Sunday, June 13

  1. 7:00 amCamp breakdown. Breakfast is provided.
  2. 9:00 amDeparture for second day of the guided trail ride. Heading east once again over the playa and towards Imlay, NV.
  3. 12:00 pmSack lunch, snacks and water provided.
  4. 5:00 pmArrive at Hwy 80 at Imlay, NV.
